Remember your first electric shaver?
You no longer had to get cut and bleed using a razor blade. No need to wash up afterwards. The electric shaver eliminated all of that.
Electric shavers probably can't compete with the closeness of a razor blade in the hands of a skilled barber, but they give a close enough shave that most people won't notice any difference.
If you have an older electric shaver you might consider getting a new model or trying a different brand. Changing your shaver may improve your shaving experience.
There are a number of features available in newer shavers your older shaver probably doesn't have which you may appreciate.
A few electric shavers are self-cleaning. They have a system that automatically cleans, lubricates, dries and recharges the shaver. With older shavers, you had to take apart the shaver and brush and clean the blades in a solution.
Newer shavers can generate 10,000 microvibrations per minute which helps to expose and cut more hair with each stroke.
These vibrations help the skin and underlying muscle tissues relax while stimulating cellular flow. The result is a more youthful appearance and healthier skin.Older shavers had a cord that needed to be plugged into an electric outlet. Now newer shavers offer rechargeable models that do away with the cord.
There are shavers that feature a sensitive flexing head that can pivot at twice the angle of other shavers. They have touch sensitive foils which adapt to the skin surface for maximum facial conformity.
As you can see, electric shavers have advance features to make the shaving experience better and more convenient that ever.
